Certified Organisational Consultant, Certification from Supervisionszentrum Berlin.

Profound knowledge and experience especially in the fields of academic research, teaching and organizations, the analysis of organizational structures, the mechanisms of hegemony and precarisation, the production of knowledge, and in analyzing constructions of gender, difference, and power relations
Objectives and Methodology
The objective of the coaching process is to support clients (individuals, teams, and organisations) in managing high demands and professional challenges on the basis of defining, optimizing and perfectly employing their individual competences, potentials and resources.
